Her career has been strengthened thanks to her role as an Ontological Coach and international speaker, with a special focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, and investment.

As the founder of the first Startup considered a MiningTech, Melissa has been a pioneer in integrating artificial intelligence into the mining sector. Additionally, she has played a crucial role in Young Mining Professional Peru, where she connects young professionals in mining, and in WAAIME Peru, where she promotes the academic and professional growth of young talents. Her commitment to female empowerment is evident in her work as a mentor at Her Global Impact, where she drives the professional development of women.

In the social sphere, Melissa founded the NGO Qumuy Peru, providing support to people with disabilities. Her life as a digital nomad since 2020 reflects her passion for travel and adventure sports, combining them with her interest in empowering women in the development of their skills.

Jorge is a Mining Engineer and Expert in Computer Science, educated at the National University of Engineering and with an MSc in Computer Science. With over 14 years of experience in mining and technology, he has stood out for his significant contributions in both fields.

As the co-founder of the first Startup considered a MiningTech, Jorge has been a pioneer in integrating artificial intelligence into mining. Additionally, he is a co-founder of Inti Mining Smart Solutions, a leading company in business strategies for mines. His entrepreneurial vision focuses on using technology and science to create innovative solutions that improve the quality of life for professionals and simplify tasks for end-users, constantly seeking more efficient and straightforward ways to work.

In his personal life, Jorge has a great passion for mountain climbing and exploring the world. Moreover, he enjoys delving into his interests in mathematics and physics, reflecting his love for learning and constant exploration beyond his professional realm.

Osxha and Sammy are the dynamic Chief Happiness Officers of our company, playing a crucial role in bringing happiness and active breaks to our team. Osxha, born in Oxapampa, has 3 years of experience in instilling joy and well-being. Sammy, with 1 year and hailing from Pisac, perfectly complements Osxha with her youthful energy and contagious enthusiasm.

Both have been fundamental on all our business trips, adding a unique touch of joy and relaxation in often stressful environments. Their love for outdoor activities, such as hiking, bathing in waterfalls, and visiting restaurants and cafes, has proven to be an excellent way to foster team cohesion and well-being.
